We guarantee that every transaction you make with us is 100% secure, keeping your information confidential. We do not store credit card information on our web servers after your order has been processed.

We pledge to you not to sell or release your email address, or any other personal information to a third party. Orders that are placed via internet are automatically charged to your payment provider that you purchase with. Any products that are Back Ordered or Out of Stock we will call or email you to let you know how long it will be before you will receive it.

Shipping and handling

The shipping time will vary depending on where and what time of year your
order is been shipped.

Up to $50, the cost is $9.00
Over $50, up to $150 the cost is $12.00
Over $150, the cost is $14.00
Next day, add to the regular s&h $16
Second day, add to the  regular s&h $9
We are required to collect sales tax in the state of Florida.

Returns and Exchange

Contact us via email at info@theboyscosmetics.com, within ten days of receipt of your order, informing us of any questions or concerns regarding your order, or if you wish to return your order or any item thereof.

A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns.

We will credit your account, less the handling & shipping costs.
